{"id":17,"date":"2009-04-26T15:53:06","date_gmt":"2009-04-26T15:53:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/stemflowers.wordpress.com\/?p=4"},"modified":"2009-04-26T15:53:06","modified_gmt":"2009-04-26T15:53:06","slug":"lovely-flowers-and-lovely-people","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/stemflowers.co.uk\/blog\/lovely-flowers-and-lovely-people\/","title":{"rendered":"lovely flowers and lovely people"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align:left;\">When Heidi and Trevor got married at Beauberry House in Dulwich, they wanted flowers to reflect their relaxed but stylish approach to the day.\u00a0 You can see from the photos that everyone looked absolutely gorgeous and the sexy bubblegum pink \u2018Aqua\u2019 and pale pink \u2018Sweet Avalanche\u2019 roses just added to it all!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-11\" title=\"Heidi and Trevor's wedding\" src=\"http:\/\/stemflowers.files.wordpress.com\/2009\/04\/qx9v0742_2-copy.jpg\" alt=\"Heidi and Trevor's wedding\" width=\"210\" height=\"339\" srcset=\"https:\/\/stemflowers.co.uk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/04\/qx9v0742_2-copy.jpg 529w, https:\/\/stemflowers.co.uk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/04\/qx9v0742_2-copy-186x300.jpg 186w, https:\/\/stemflowers.co.uk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/04\/qx9v0742_2-copy-496x800.jpg 496w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 210px) 100vw, 210px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>I think Heidi chose a very cool combination for her bouquet \u2013 those \u2018Aqua\u2019 roses with dark brown \u2018Chocolate Cosmos\u2019.\u00a0 They really do smell of chocolate so it was an all round sensory experience.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-7    aligncenter\" title=\"aqua-and-cosmos-bouquet\" src=\"http:\/\/stemflowers.files.wordpress.com\/2009\/04\/aqua-and-cosmos-bouquet-21.jpg?w=225\" alt=\"aqua-and-cosmos-bouquet\" width=\"180\" height=\"240\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:left;\">Beauberry House is a beautiful venue.\u00a0 The upstairs \u2018White Room\u2019 (where the weddings take place) is a perfect blank canvas for any number of floral colour combinations.\u00a0 We used the fabulous cerise pink \u2018Serena\u2019 gerberas, delicate pale pink \u2018Princess Caroline\u2019 delphiniums and pink \u2018Cinderella Antique Pink\u2019 stocks with wonderful acid green Bells of Ireland and bupleurum.\u00a0 I love the detailing of snake grass and dark brown organza on the vases which, again, picked up on the sophisticated colours that the wedding party were wearing.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-15\" title=\"Pink and acid green mantelpiece vase\" src=\"http:\/\/stemflowers.files.wordpress.com\/2009\/04\/qx9v1264-copy.jpg\" alt=\"Pinks and acid green mantelpiece vase\" width=\"144\" height=\"216\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:left;\">What I really enjoyed about this wedding was Heidi\u2019s infectious warmth and excitement about her flowers and her wedding in general.\u00a0 I can\u2019t help feeling that my job becomes even more lovely when I\u2019ve engaged with a client on an emotional level and not just on a business one.\u00a0 Somehow, the flowers come together more beautifully, if that makes any sense at all!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-23 aligncenter\" title=\"Heidi's bridesmaids\" src=\"http:\/\/stemflowers.files.wordpress.com\/2009\/04\/qx9v0780-copy.jpg\" alt=\"Heidi's bridesmaids\" width=\"144\" height=\"216\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>When Heidi and Trevor got married at Beauberry House in Dulwich, they wanted flowers to reflect their relaxed but stylish approach to the day.\u00a0 You can see from the photos that everyone looked absolutely gorgeous and the sexy bubblegum pink \u2018Aqua\u2019 and pale pink \u2018Sweet Avalanche\u2019 roses just added to it all!
